Things to know about international deliveries
We do not have country specific zoning prices so all purchases are quoted precisely for each shipment and are distinctly tailored to the individual, organisation or company making the purchase, whether it’s an individual item or a freight shipments our dedicated team are always on hand to answer any questions and guide you through the process.
Since the United Kingdom left the EU. Taxes and duty are now liable for products crossing borders.
Each destination country has it’s own requirements for import. All our shipments are sent with the Inco Term DAP (Delivered at place) these dispatches do not include duties or taxes paid and charges for import are the sole responsibility of the purchaser of goods and are payable directly to your local customs authority or the courier as in some cases they will advance pay duties & taxes to meet an express timeframe for delivery and issues an invoice for reimbursement directly to the receiver.
Freight services are available for larger orders we work with a third party haulage company and can obtain quotes for your consideration with the Inco term EXW or EX WORKS this can be arranged through our sales team.
Alternatively, Customers can arrange your own shipping service and speak to our team Contact Us for all the information required to do so.
